Johana Rochelle is the customer experience lead at SmartVPro UK, based in Stockton-on-Tees. She has spent the last five years helping UK households set up and troubleshoot IPTV on Firestick, Android TV, Smart TVs and Apple devices, and she writes our installation guides, device comparisons and buffering fixes so they work for real customers, not just on paper.
